The Dizzy PT was founded in 2023 by its owner, Amy Moore. Through treating exclusively patients with vestibular disorders since 2019, Dr. Moore noted a common problem for people with vestibular disorders-- they often cannot leave their homes to travel to a clinic due to the severity of their symptoms. The objective of The Dizzy PT is to provide safe and effective individualized vestibular rehabilitation to patients inside the comfort of their own home.

Dr. Moore has been practicing physical therapy in the Baton Rouge area since 2014. She graduated from LSU in 2008 with a BS in Kinesiology, and from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. She achieved her vestibular certification in 2020. She has been featured for her work with vestibular patients in both the Advocate and In Register magazine in her home town of Baton Rouge, LA.
